Ultimate campers will learn to improve their throwing, running, catching, and off the disk movement. Morning sessions will emphasize drills and technical instruction. Afternoon sessions will focus on playmaking and game skills learned in scrimmages with campers and staff members.

Players will be taught how to improve strength, fitness, agility, and quickness through our dynamic and Spartan outdoor exercise curriculum. Coaches will combine traditional and innovative exercises.
Training will include boot, box, and layout drills. There will also be uphill running, downhill running, medicine ball drills, ladder running, dragging logs, and splitting wood with an axe.
Recreational activities that enhance speed such as Tug-of-War, dodgeball, and beach volleyball will be included in the training.
Every day will also include optional periods when campers can elect to swim, kayak, canoe, fish, play wiffle ball, or enjoy other summer activities by a lake in Maine.

Outside of the activity and coaching sessions the campers will participate in a summer camp experience with card games and board games and periods of the day free from cell phones, texting, and computers. Each evening will conclude with a campfire that features contests and readings that contribute to the intellectual and character growth of the athletes.
Campers will be closely supervised at night by counselors in the cabin and counselors on patrol between the girls' cabin area and the boys' cabin area and throughout the peninsula.
