Emily Isaacson
(Williams College B.A. English, 2004)

Emily Isaacson, a.k.a. SheRa, has been the leader of the drama program at the Bowdoin Day Camp for eight years. SheRa has also been a head counselor and the unit leader of the Cubs at the Day Camp.

Emily has performed with the Maine State Music Theater, the Theater Project, Portland Players and the Lyric Theater of Portland as well as directing shows for Cap and Bells (Williams College) and The Theater Project.

Emily has directed community choirs in Washington DC, Eugene, Oregon, and Edinburgh, Scotland. In 2005-6 Emily was the director of After-School programs and the Music Department at Cesar Chavez Public Charter School in Washington, DC.

Emily is currently a doctoral student in choral conducting at the University of Illinois. In addition to drama, Emily has also taught singing, conducting and movement.

 

Matthew Tzuker
(B.A. English, University of Maryland year 2000, M.A. Creative Writing University of California, Davis 2003)

Matthew is an experienced play-write, counselor, and educator. As a play-write, his feature-length play, "Welcome Back, America", was produced by the Roving Park Players in Eugene Oregon. As a counselor he helped run a counselor-in-training program at Camp Airy in Maryland. As an educator, he has taught creative writing at UC Davis in California, and led a seminar in Playwriting for kids at the Sitar Center for the Arts in Washington DC.

Matt took acting and playwriting courses while an undergraduate English major at the University of Maryland. He was an instructor for an Introduction to Drama class at UC Davis in addition to teaching Creative Writing classes.

Matt has published several short stories, and also plays a mean harmonica.
